What Bomber is good at

• Area (splash) damage from bombs, useful against groups.
• Its first upgrade, “Crack”, cracks armor so every unit hits full damage for a few seconds.
• The panel says it gets anti-air at upgrade 2 and its splash hits stealth zombies.

Weaknesses and unknowns

• Slow attacks: speed 2.50 and only 10 DPS at tier 0 in the tutorial.
• Later-tier numbers are TBD.

Where to place Bomber

• Place Bomber where zombies bunch up, such as a tight bend, so each bomb hits several zombies.
• Buy the Crack upgrade ($360 in the tutorial) early if you face armored zombies.

Good pairings

These are suggestions based on the developer's and in-game ability descriptions, not on measured stats.

• Sniper: Bomber's Crack upgrade and Sniper's armor-piercing shots both deal with armored zombies.
• Gunner: Gunner's fast single-target shots finish off what the bombs leave.
• Gluer: Gluer slows groups down so they stay in the blast area longer.

How to get Bomber

Summon banner (Crayons); a common 3★ pull (28.4% each for Banker, Bomber and Boxer on one banner rotation). The Party Bomber skin costs 79 Robux and is in the Doodler Box (149 Robux).

Units are summoned with Crayons on the summon banner in the mall lobby. Multi-summons of up to 50 are available, and players report that multi-summons do not raise your odds. Every summon can also roll a Shiny version: 1% normally, or 3% with the Shiny Hunter game pass (499 Robux), from player level 10. The VIP pass (399 Robux) gives 10% off summons. Free Crayons come from codes while they are active, and the beginner's guide lists other early sources.

Levelling, traits and evolution

Like every unit, Bomber levels up with XP from matches, Pencils and Stasis Pods (which train a unit over time while you are away). Players report that Stamps raise the level cap. Traits are painted on with Paint Pots and can be buffs such as damage, range, boss damage or cash, or debuffs. Stat Chips and Super Chips reroll a unit's stats, and Gear from your Pencil Case can be equipped. Open the unit in game to see the materials its evolution needs.
